Q: I am trying to create a site and got this error message:
Cannot create or get the site. Please contact the server administrator.
A: You are trying to create a new site using the Wizard, but you already have an existing site, perhaps one that is not complete. To solve the problem, you must edit or delete the existing site.
Click the "Go to Admin Panel" link.
In the "Sites" section, you should see your site. Delete it or click on the "Pencil" button to edit it.
Q: How do I assign my trial site to my real account ?
A: If you have already created your site in the Trial mode (which you can do free of charge before making your hosting payment) you can use it in your real account for your domain. There is no need to create it again from scratch. You simply need to assign it to your real account.
